Who Needs Historic Skyscrapers?

In this video, we’re traveling to Chicago where the federal government is trying to redevelop some real estate and tear down some classic and historic skyscrapers. Neighbors and others in the historic preservation are trying to save them despite the fact that the federal government doesn’t want to spend the money to rehab them and would like to tear them down and build something new and add in more parking. This is another one of those fascinating local stories that always piques my interest.
