Does this 1980s Computer Prove Time Travel?

This is a video I found late at night. It’s a fascinating case that really exists and was a real thing near as I can tell. In this video, we see about a man who was able (supposedly) to communicate with someone from the 16th century and forward to someone in 2189. According to the video and the people who had the computer that was connected to these people, there was proof that a computer of a similar type had been delivered to the past and that it had been used to communicate with people from the far future. It all seems legitimate but let your own mind make your own decision and see if you think this is proof of some kind of time travel is the far future.
