You’ve probably seen the ads or heard someone who has made a purchase from the new Temu app. Much like its fast fashion cousin, Shein, it promises wonderful products at rock-bottom prices with steep discounts. However, nothing is as it seems, and behind all those wonderful deals is exploitation, cheap goods, and excess disposability that is awful for the environment.

But the reality is that Temu is a net negative to the retail environment and to the planet. In this video, we learn more about Temu and its terrible practices.
