In this video, we’re learning about all the new manufacturing popping up in our southern neighbor. After the covid pandemic, “friendshoring” has become the new outsourcing/offshoring. Rather than keep factories in countries where political trouble might arise (ahemChina), companies are looking at moving their facilities to countries that are friendlier to their home country. For the US, Mexico and Canada are both popular options and they are leading the new North American manufacturing renaissance.

Mexico offers a cheap cost of labor, great climate, supply chain access and a shorter route to the US via land and sea to the US and Europe through the Gulf of Mexico and ports along that coast. So watch along and see how Mexico is creating a whole new economy and plenty of future growth.
