Referendum Social conducted a public opinion poll in the United States asking a simple but highly discussed poll: Do you think Lindsay Clancy is guilty?
The poll included U.S. participants from different age and gender groups. Voting was conducted online and anonymously, allowing people to express their opinions without publicly identifying themselves. According to Referendum Social, the poll was also protected against different types of bot activity and fraudulent voting.
The current results show that 71% of respondents believe Lindsay Clancy is guilty.

What makes the poll particularly interesting is that it remains open, and people continue to vote as the case develops. This also makes it possible to see how public opinion changes over time.
According to the historical results shown on the platform, the percentage of respondents who believed Lindsay Clancy was guilty was initially around 50%. As more people participated and more details about the case became publicly discussed, that number gradually increased to more than 70%.

The Lindsay Clancy case is still ongoing, and there has not yet been a final court verdict. For that reason, the poll does not attempt to determine guilt or replace the legal process. It only shows how people participating in the poll currently view the case.
Referendum Social allows users to see the results for themselves, participate in the poll, and make their own conclusions without the platform telling them what opinion they should have.
An Independent Public Polling Platform
Referendum Social is an independent platform for public opinion polls on a wide range of subjects, including opinion polls about Politics, government polls, Trump polls, social issues, health, current events, and many other topics.
The platform is not connected with political parties, government organizations, politicians, or other public figures. Its main purpose is to give people a place where they can create their own polls, ask questions, vote, and see how other participants responded.
Any registered user can create a poll and collect responses through the platform. Users can also participate in polls that are relevant to them and leave comments when they want to explain their position in more detail.
According to Referendum Social, the platform currently has:
- More than 300 registered users
- More than 160 published polls
- More than 30,000 votes
- More than 50 user comments
The goal is to keep voting transparent and to reduce manipulation from bots or fraudulent activity as much as possible.
For the Lindsay Clancy poll specifically, users can still view the current results, cast their own vote, and follow how public opinion develops as the case continues.
Rather than relying only on someone else’s interpretation of the case, visitors can look at the poll data, read the available discussion, participate themselves, and form their own opinion.
