The Lab Leak Hypothesis

Over the past year, the “lab leak” hypothesis about the origins of the Covid-19 virus and the resulting pandemic has gone from a fringe conspiracy to the mainstream conversation. It has also come out that the National Institutes of Health funded so-called “gain a function” research. Gain a function research is a process where they try to use chemicals and genetics to cause viruses to gain new functions that they don’t have naturally. The hypothesis goes that Covid-19 was a result of this research and due to poor control practices at the Wuhan lab, was accidentally released. Many channels have been “censored” for saying this and there have been issues with social media posts on this topic. Heather Heying and Bret Weinstein on the Dark Horse Podcast really led the charge on this. I wanted to post this video to prove a point.
