This summer, the Supreme Court reversed its 1973 decision on Roe v. Wade which granted women the right to medical privacy and thereby a right to access abortion services. Many states had laws already on the books in preparation for this moment and in 30 states, abortion bans are now in place. However, the deleterious effects of banning abortion are now on full display. The insurance companies are bad enough. In this video, we learn about the consequences of this policy change and what it means for women’s health.
