Worker Productivity is Down?

In this helpful video from the Wall Street Journal, we are talking about the recent fall in worker productivity. This has mostly to do with Boomers retiring and people leaving the workforce due to disability or starting their own business. This has created an environment where wages are beginning to rise for the first time in decades. However, wages have a long way to go to catch up to where they should be given productivity. Some people blame the lack of productivity on people working from home but the picture is much better than that as witnessed by this video and the changing attitudes we have toward work, wages, and what it means to actually live in society.
