The Hyperloop is Coming for Trucking

This past summer, Virgin completed its first test of its hyperloop in the Nevada desert. Although hyperloop technology is known for its ability to transport people quickly, it also has other uses for moving goods. Imagine moving goods in underground tubes autonomously to intermodal ports and elsewhere. In the future, goods could be loaded onto hyperloop pods at ports and then be shunted off to their destinations.
