I love this new channel I found: Phantoms of the Opera. This creator is a trained opera singer and she does a great job of telling the story of opera, singing, music, and more. She is dramatic and just lovely. In this video, we are talking about how opera used to sound different. Many people can’t stand when opera singers seem to scream out the high notes and belt out everything else. This video talks about the difference between modern opera and the older style of Bel Canto.
