Russia and Drug Cartels?

In this video we learn about a connection that may exist between the Russian government and the drug cartels that are teeming in South America and Mexico. According to Jim Rickards they may be working with the Russians to undermine the United States. The Southern border is a primary entry point for immigrants from all over the world including people from Africa and even refugees from Ukraine. I don’t quite buy everything in this video as there is a lot of conjecture and not as much proof as I’d like to see, but I think it’s worth keeping on our collective radar.
