Russia to US: Stop Arming Ukraine

It’s a nice idea for Putin to issue threats to the United States but it’s not exactly an effective strategy. Putin wants the war in Ukraine to desperately become a proxy war with the United States and is forever dragging the US into the conversation. Putin can rattle his sword and threaten Poland (remember the whole airplanes thing?) and he can even rattle Finland and Sweden into joining NATO but his threats don’t work as much by the time they reach Washington D.C. Obviously, the US has no intentions of doing anything of the sort but that won’t stop Putin from saying things.
