In this video, we’re having big thoughts from the Big Think. Most people are looking to be happy but happiness is often fleeting. Life happens and difficulties arise, especially in these transition times. The big thought here is that rather than seeking happiness, one should seek to be anti-fragile so that you can take on life’s challenges without it completely ruining your mental health. This concept might seem a bit of a downer at first but when you put it into the perspective of a human life, it makes a great deal of sense. Life is incredibly short but it is also long and much will happen. Children will grow up, marriages will end, parents will pass on, friends will appear and disappear but being anti-fragile is how we handle these things and grow from them. In this video, we’re going to learn all about how to become anti-fragile.
