If You Like Free Speech, Call Your Congressman

The US Congress is currently considering a genuinely terrible piece of legislation regarding banning Tik Tok. Jim Jordan’s bill was already shot down but the Restrict Act is still pending. I’ve been on a few podcasts to talk about the Restrict Act and why we need to defeat this piece of legislation. Besides banning Tik Tok it gives broad powers to the Federal government to censor information and spy in the citizenry with impunity. Remember when the NSA was caught listening to everyone’s phone calls? This is that on steroids. The Patriot Act expired in 2020 (finally) and this is somehow much worse than that.
