“We rent! We can’t afford to buy it!” It is probably the most hilarious quote from this video. It’s a great house tour of a wonderful gilded age apartment in New York City. They really knew how to build them back then and this place has been wonderfully preserved. It looks like Mrs. Whitney or Mrs. Vanderbilt has just stepped out for a moment and will reappear at any time. Watch along and see what the present tenants have done with the place.
